What needs clarifying
A cosmetic repair does not resolve an underlying moisture or structural cause. The accepted work is confirmed after clarifying the actual conditions.
Rates and billing
Small jobs are billed by the hour; complex projects receive an individual project quote. We agree the pricing method, travel and any materials before booking. If an on-site assessment is needed, its cost is agreed before arranging the visit. We currently do not charge VAT.
