If anything arises that would increase the cost, we explain why and agree how to proceed before doing additional work.

After your confirmation, we reserve the agreed date and buy the agreed materials in advance.
Rates and travel
Project quote or hourly billing
Complex projects receive an individual quote and are charged by project. Small jobs are billed by the hour. We agree the scope, timing and cost before work begins.
For a project across several rooms
The quote sets out the accepted work, materials, visits and included costs. We assess the rooms and the chosen products before confirming the scope.
Hourly example: one worker, one hour and base travel

for one hour of one worker’s time and the base travel charge.
The minimum charge is one hour. After the first hour, each started 15-minute period costs CHF 21.25.
We currently do not charge VAT.
Materials and additional services are agreed separately.
Travel charges may differ for more distant addresses. We will agree them before booking.

An on-site assessment is charged at the same rates. We agree its cost before arranging the visit.
