You may want to refresh several rooms before moving in, repaint a home you already use, or include painting in a larger task list. Start with the rooms and result you want, even if you do not know the exact area or paint yet.

Where we work
We serve the cantons of Uri, Schwyz, Lucerne, Obwalden, Nidwalden, Zug, Zurich and Ticino. We will confirm availability at your address and the travel charge.
What we clarify for the quote
These details determine the proposed work. They are included only as agreed.
Walls and their condition
Send a photo of each room and closer photos of holes, cracks, stains or peeling paint. Tell us about old wallpaper or an unknown covering. We confirm which preparation is suitable and can be included.
Furniture and protection
Say whether the rooms are empty or occupied and which furniture stays. We agree any moving, covering and protection of floors and fittings, together with how the rooms can be accessed.
Paint and finish
Tell us the colours and finish you have in mind. If paint is already bought, send the product link or a photo of the label and the quantity. Material suitability, purchasing and delivery are clarified before the work.
Preparation, painting and completion
Preparation, painting and drying affect when a room can be used and when other tasks can follow. We agree the sequence and the cleanup included in the project, without assuming a fixed number of days.
A photo does not confirm every surface
Mention damp marks, recurring cracks or another problem you know about. We clarify whether the proposed preparation is sufficient or further assessment is needed. Treating an underlying moisture problem or structural defect is not automatically part of a painting quote.
How we plan the work
Send the rooms and photos
Include your postcode, the room list, approximate measurements if known, and preferred timing. Say whether you will be living there during the work.
Clarify the preparation
We review the surface condition, materials, furniture and access. If an on-site assessment is needed, we agree its cost before arranging the visit.
Agree the scope and quote
Before booking, we agree preparation, painting, protection, materials, travel and timing, specifying what is included in the project price.
Complete the agreed work
If a newly visible condition changes the cost or plan, we explain it and agree the next step before additional work. The completed work is reviewed against the agreed scope.
A quote based on the actual rooms
- Complex projects receive an individual quote and are charged by project. The number of rooms alone does not determine the price: surface condition, preparation, access, protection, paint and related tasks affect the scope.
- We specify the work and materials included in the quote. Materials, extra services and any different travel charge are agreed before booking. An on-site assessment is charged at the published rates; its cost is agreed before the visit.
We currently do not charge VAT.
Questions before arranging painting
Do I need to know the wall area?
Approximate measurements help, but they are not required for your first message. Send the rooms and photos. We clarify any measurements needed for the quote.
Can the work be planned in an occupied home?
Tell us which rooms you need to use and what furniture stays. We discuss protection, access and a possible sequence before confirming the work; an occupied home is not treated as an empty one.
Can I provide the paint?
Tell us what you have bought or chosen, including the product and quantity. We check its suitability for the proposed work and agree who obtains any additional materials before starting.
How long will several rooms take?
We estimate the timing after reviewing the surfaces and scope. Preparation, drying, furniture and access can affect the sequence. We do not promise a completion time based only on the number of rooms.
Are filling holes, removing wallpaper and moving furniture included?
List each task in your request. We confirm which preparation and related work can be included and specify it in the quote. These items are not automatically included just because painting is requested.

- Postcode, rooms and walls concerned; approximate area or measurements if known.
- Photos of the rooms and any holes, peeling paint, stains or other known issues.
- Desired colours and finish; links or labels for paint already chosen or bought.
- Whether the home is occupied, furniture to remain, and access conditions.
- Preferred date, any fixed deadline and other tasks that affect the painting.
Example request — not a completed customer project
Hello! We want the walls in three rooms in Zug repainted before moving in. The apartment is empty. There are old picture holes and a few peeling areas; I will send photos and approximate room measurements. We want light-coloured walls and have not bought paint yet. Could you clarify the preparation, materials and a project quote?
