What needs clarifying
Do not disturb unknown old layers for the enquiry. Structural changes, hazardous materials and disconnection of services need specialist assessment.
Rates and billing
Small jobs are billed by the hour; complex projects receive an individual project quote. We agree the pricing method, travel and any materials before booking. If an on-site assessment is needed, its cost is agreed before arranging the visit. We currently do not charge VAT.
