For a planned update across several rooms
You may be preparing an apartment before moving in, updating rooms you already use, or planning work that you expect to take more than a day. Start with the result you want: which rooms should change and what needs to be ready afterwards.
- Walls and floors need attention in the same rooms.
- Furniture must be moved, dismantled or assembled around the work.
- You want to discuss the sequence and costs of the whole list.
Where we work
We serve the cantons of Uri, Schwyz, Lucerne, Obwalden, Nidwalden, Zug, Zurich and Ticino. We will confirm availability at your address and the travel charge.
What to put in the project list
List what you want done; we confirm which items and preparation belong in the quote.
Walls and surfaces
Tell us which walls need painting and show their current condition. Preparation, protection of furniture and floors, paint and finishing are specified for the agreed work.
Flooring
Send the type of existing floor and the covering you have in mind. We check whether the proposed work is suitable and discuss removal, the underlying surface, thresholds and skirting where relevant.
Furniture and related tasks
Include furniture that needs moving, dismantling or assembling, and agreed fitting tasks such as a curtain rail. Removal and disposal are discussed separately and included only when agreed.
Materials and sequence
Say what is already purchased and what still needs choosing. We agree who obtains the materials, what is required on site and how preparation, installation and finishing fit together.
Confirm the scope before booking
Not every floor system, surface or alteration can be accepted from a photo. We first check the task and explain if further assessment or a qualified specialist is needed. An unclear item stays outside the agreed work until its scope and execution are confirmed.
How we agree the project
Describe the result
Send your postcode, rooms, task list and photos. Add your preferred date and tell us whether the home is occupied.
Clarify the conditions
We discuss surfaces, access, materials and the order of work. If an on-site assessment is needed, we agree its cost before arranging it.
Agree and confirm
Before booking, we agree the work, materials, timing, travel and project price. After your confirmation, we reserve the agreed date and obtain the agreed materials.
Work through the agreed list
If a condition changes the cost or plan, we explain it and agree how to proceed before additional work. We review the completed list together.
An individual quote for the project
- Complex projects receive an individual quote and are charged by project. The quote states which work, materials, visits and other costs are included. There is no standard price here for painting an apartment or replacing a floor.
- Changes to the agreed scope, quote or schedule are discussed before additional work. An on-site assessment is paid at the published rates; its cost is agreed before the visit and listed separately from project work.
We currently do not charge VAT.
Questions before planning
Can painting and flooring be part of the same project?
Yes, we can discuss them together with related tasks. Each item must be confirmed in the scope; listing it does not mean it is automatically included.
Will several rooms take more than a day?
We estimate the plan after reviewing the work. Preparation, protection, material availability, drying and access can change the sequence and duration. A room count is not a promised completion time.
Can we stay in the apartment during the work?
Tell us which rooms you need to use and what furniture remains. We discuss access, protection and a workable sequence before booking. Whether the proposed plan is possible depends on the actual conditions.
Who buys materials and takes away the old items?
We agree purchasing, delivery and any removal or disposal before work begins. Send links to products already selected; these tasks and their costs are included only as specified in the quote.
What if a problem becomes visible after work starts?
We explain how it affects the proposed work, cost or timing and agree the next step before additional work. We do not assume that an unseen underlying surface is suitable.
