What needs clarifying
Permit questions, structural changes and specialist responsibilities must be clarified separately. Sending a project list does not replace those checks.
Rates and billing
Small jobs are billed by the hour; complex projects receive an individual project quote. We agree the pricing method, travel and any materials before booking. If an on-site assessment is needed, its cost is agreed before arranging the visit. We currently do not charge VAT.
