What needs clarifying
Availability, vehicle needs, accepted items and travel are confirmed before booking. A deadline does not reserve a team or guarantee an urgent slot.
Rates and billing
Small jobs are billed by the hour; complex projects receive an individual project quote. We agree the pricing method, travel and any materials before booking. If an on-site assessment is needed, its cost is agreed before arranging the visit. We currently do not charge VAT.
