What needs clarifying
Some marks or wear cannot be removed safely. The material and existing damage determine what can be accepted.
Rates and billing
Small jobs are billed by the hour; complex projects receive an individual project quote. We agree the pricing method, travel and any materials before booking. If an on-site assessment is needed, its cost is agreed before arranging the visit. We currently do not charge VAT.
