Cleaning after renovation
Show the rooms you want cleaned and the result you need. Include the whole list so access, surfaces and any related work can be considered together.
Send your town or postcode, the result you want and photos or product links if available. We confirm whether we can help and clarify the scope before booking.
Helpful details
- Rooms, approximate size and photos of the current condition.
- Occupied or empty rooms, delicate surfaces and tasks you want included or excluded.
What needs clarifying
The result depends on the surfaces and their condition. Specialist contamination and damage are assessed separately.
Rates and billing
Small jobs are billed by the hour; complex projects receive an individual project quote. We agree the pricing method, travel and any materials before booking. If an on-site assessment is needed, its cost is agreed before arranging the visit. We currently do not charge VAT.
