Helpful details
- Room and approximate area, current tiles and photos of damage or edges.
- Exact new tile, pattern, thresholds and any known moisture or waterproofing details.
What needs clarifying
Wet-area systems, unknown substrates and recurring cracks require separate assessment. A cosmetic repair does not fix an underlying cause.
Rates and billing
Small jobs are billed by the hour; complex projects receive an individual project quote. We agree the pricing method, travel and any materials before booking. If an on-site assessment is needed, its cost is agreed before arranging the visit. We currently do not charge VAT.
