What needs clarifying
Transport and disposal charges are agreed for the accepted items. Unknown or hazardous materials need a separate disposal route.
Rates and billing
Small jobs are billed by the hour; complex projects receive an individual project quote. We agree the pricing method, travel and any materials before booking. If an on-site assessment is needed, its cost is agreed before arranging the visit. We currently do not charge VAT.
