Get a fixed price quote

We may ask a few clarifying questions — measurements, access, materials. Then we send you a fixed price in writing. No hidden costs, no hourly rates.

Step 3

Pick a date — we confirm

Once you agree, we lock in the date and time. Usually within a few days. Urgent? Ask about next-day availability.

Step 4

Job done — pay when satisfied

We show up on time, do the work, and send you before/after photos on WhatsApp. Not home? No problem. Pay by invoice or Twint only after completion.

No deposit, no prepayment. You pay by invoice or Twint only after the work is done and you are satisfied. If something is not right, we come back and fix it within 48 hours — free of charge.

Questions people ask before writing us

Do I need to speak German to book?

No. Everything happens on WhatsApp in writing. Write in English, German, Russian, Ukrainian, French, or Spanish. Our workers speak basic English — but you never need to call. All quotes, scheduling, and updates are text-based.

How fast can you start?

Usually within 3-5 working days. For urgent cases (water leak, broken window, move-in deadline) we can often come next day. Send us photos — we will confirm availability immediately.

How do I get a price?

Send us photos and a description on WhatsApp. We may ask a few questions (room size, access, materials). Then we send you a written fixed price. No hourly rates — the price we quote is what you pay.

How do I pay?

After the work is done. You receive an invoice by email or pay via Twint. No deposit, no prepayment. For larger jobs we can arrange partial payments.

Do I need to buy materials myself?

Not necessarily. We can bring common materials (silicone, screws, wall plugs, paint). For special items (curtain rods, light fixtures, laminate) you order them — we install. We will tell you exactly what to get and where.

What if something goes wrong?

Tell us within 48 hours — we come back and fix it at no extra cost. You also have before/after photos as documentation. And you only pay after the work is done to your satisfaction.

Do I need to be home during the work?

Not always. Many clients give us access via key safe or neighbor. We send you before/after photos on WhatsApp so you can see exactly what was done. Perfect for property owners managing from abroad.
