Do you assemble IKEA furniture?

Yes. IKEA is our most common brand, but we assemble furniture from any manufacturer — Otto, Galaxus, home24, or custom pieces.

Do you bring your own tools?

Yes. We bring everything: power drill, Allen keys, screwdrivers, rubber mallet, level, wall anchors. You don't need to provide anything.

Do you anchor furniture to the wall?

Yes. For tall furniture (wardrobes, bookshelves, chests of drawers), we include wall anchoring. In Switzerland, this is especially important in households with children.

Can you also dismantle old furniture?

Yes. We can dismantle and remove your old furniture during the same visit. Mention it when you book.

How far in advance should I book?

2–5 days recommended. Same-week is often possible. For full apartment jobs, book a week ahead.

What if a part is missing or damaged?

We'll let you know immediately and help you contact the retailer for a replacement. We never "improvise" with missing parts.
