A couple relocating from a 3.5-room apartment in Luzern (no elevator) to a new apartment in Zug. Large Pax wardrobe, double bed with storage, dining table, ~30 boxes. Both worked full-time, 3 days between handovers.

What we did: WhatsApp consultation Tuesday, fixed quote same day. 3-person team arrived Thursday 07:30. Disassembled wardrobe and bed, carried everything down 3 flights of narrow stairs (85cm wide — required careful angle work), transported to Zug in 30 min, reassembled everything, placed boxes in designated rooms.

Result: Move completed same day by 14:00. Wardrobe assembled, bed made, boxes in right rooms. Zero wall damage on narrow staircase.

How much does moving cost in Switzerland?

For a standard 3-room apartment, expect CHF 700–1,200. We provide a fixed quote based on photos and inventory — no hourly billing.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes, we can supply boxes, bubble wrap, and tape. Mention it when booking.

Can you move on weekends?

Yes, Monday through Saturday. Sunday moves possible for urgent cases but Swiss quiet hours apply.

Do I need to reserve the elevator?

Yes, in most Swiss buildings you need to reserve the goods lift in advance through the Hauswart. We can advise on timing.

Can you also do the end-of-tenancy cleaning?

Yes. We offer a combined move + clean package. Book both and save.

What about parking for the moving van?

We'll discuss parking logistics when you book. In some areas, a temporary permit is needed — we can help arrange it.

How far in advance should I book?

Full apartment move: 1–2 weeks in advance. Smaller jobs: 3–5 days is often enough.
