Prices typically range from CHF 250 for a studio to CHF 600+ for larger apartments. We provide a fixed quote based on photos — no hourly billing, no surprises.

How is this different from regular cleaning? +

End-of-tenancy cleaning (Endreinigung) is significantly more thorough. We clean inside cabinets, behind appliances, inside the oven, light fixtures, radiator gaps — areas that regular cleaning doesn't cover. The standard is set by the landlord's handover inspection.

Will my landlord accept the cleaning? +

We follow Swiss rental handover standards. In the rare case that something is flagged, we return within 24 hours to fix it at no extra cost.

Do I need to be present during cleaning? +

No. Many clients arrange key access with us. We confirm completion by sending you photos of the cleaned apartment.

How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend 3–5 days before your handover date. Same-week availability is often possible — check with us via WhatsApp.

Can you also do small repairs before the handover? +

Yes. Wall touch-ups, silicone replacement, minor fixture repairs — we can handle these during the same visit. Mention it when you send photos.

Do you also handle the apartment handover (Übergabe)? +

We clean for the handover. If you need someone to attend the handover on your behalf, ask about our Property Care service.
